how we deliver your packages
all customer orders placed through tampr Coffee Supply App (“App”) are delivered by us or our third-party courier partner (“Courier”). we curate and manage all customer packages in-house to ensure package quality, variety, and organisation.
tampr Coffee Supply currently only delivers products within the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) and cannot accept orders from outside the country at this time. avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
delivery & shipping policy
all individual or one-off purchases are dispatched within 3-days of an order’s confirmation. packages are picked-up from our Local Independent Coffee Roasters (“Partners'') couriered to Customers arriving within secured 100% recyclable delivery packaging. any Customers making multiple individual purchases may see multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statements.
all coffee box subscriptions are dispatched within the first week of each month to ensure coffee freshness from all our Partners. all subscribers are consolidated into the same dispatch period irrespective of their payment cycles, arriving within secured 100% recyclable delivery packaging. any Customers making multiple subscription purchases may see multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statements.
to reduce our ecological footprint and build a sustainable and ethical brand, tampr Coffee Supply’s delivery packages arrive in 100% environmentally-safe and biodegradable bags.
from time-to-time we will include informational material from tampr Coffee Supply and/or our Partners, if supplied. we also occasionally throw in freebies from related brands who we’ve partnered with and who share our values, it's our way of saying thank you for supporting us.
for all purchases, Customers will be notified via email when their payment has been processed and received successfully. U.A.E delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED20 per package. all taxes and shipping costs are itemized and clearly stated before a Customer proceeds to checkout and payment within the App.
Customers can manage their subscription(s) through their account on the App. from the App, Customers can contact our customer service team to cancel an order, amend their payment method, and/or amend their delivery address.
tampr Coffee Supply keeps Customer signed proof of delivery receipts for 36-months from date of delivery. Customers can request disputes or chargebacks within this period, only with valid signed proof of delivery receipts received.
cancellation & refund policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24-hours of an order being placed and accepted by tampr Coffee Supply. to cancel, please contact our customer service team at customer@tampr.co immediately with your name, address details, and order number. refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card used initially by the Customer to make the purchase. please allow for up to 45-days for the refund transfer to be completed. orders cannot be canceled if the initial 24-hour cooling-off period has lapsed.
customers with recurring subscriptions may cancel at any time via the same method of communication with exception of the initial order which may be canceled within 24-hours of their order being placed and accepted by tampr Coffee Supply. refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card used initially by the Customer to make the purchase. please allow for up to 45-days for the refund transfer to be completed.
if a Customer's recurring subscription payment fails, tampr Coffee Supply will attempt to take repayment from the nominated card after a few days grace. should this fail again, our customer service team will be in touch with you to help resolve the issue. please note that no service to which you are subscribed will be fulfilled on your behalf until payment is successful.
returns policy
for the successful return-processing of any item(s), each package must be shipped directly to the address provided below. a returns assessment will be undertaken by tampr Coffee Supply and/or our Partners. whilst faulty or damaged goods may be more obvious for an assessor to analyse, item(s) which you believe are not described as per our product listing will require the content's packaging to be completely unopened to be accepted for an assessment. quality matters to us.
all items need to be returned to tampr Coffee Supply in their original packaging at the Customer's own cost, and we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. we encourage Customers to use a registered courier service to return purchases. neither tampr Coffee Supply or our Partners can accept liability for items lost or damaged in return-post. shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and we do not offer any return-postage contributions.
